Usage of this website does not grant Users any rights to access, use or share the original source code. All code and procedures contained in the website and any of it's relateed components are the Owners's property.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. The only way to access an account is to also have access to its email. Company cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to keep your email account safe. You are responsible for all content posted to and activity that occurs under your account, including content posted by and activity of any users in your account. You must be a human. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.
You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. Within the dashboard, under Settings -> Billing you can find a link to the Stripe Customer Portal where you can cancel your subscription. Your forms will be unaccesible to your customers after the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to terminate your subscription and delete your account at the end of your current billing cycle. Lifetime Deals can be terminated with a 30 day notice sent to the email you used to register.
While the pricing might change in the future, we pledge to keep all our existing customers on their original plans. Your subscription cost will never increase once you settle on the plan.
Use of this website is at Users' own risk. We provide no Service Level Agreements or guarantees of any kind. Any damages incurred through the use of this website is the Users responsibility. This service is provided on an "as available" basis. You expressly understand and agree that the we shall not be liable, in law or in equity, to you or to any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, lost profits, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses .
When you use our Services, you entrust us with your data. We take that trust to heart. You agree that we may process your data as described in our Privacy Policy and for no other purpose. We will never access your account without your explicit consent.
You give us a limited license to use the content posted by you and your users in order to provide the Services to you, but we claim no ownership rights over those materials. All materials you submit remain yours. We reserve the right to remove your content that is in breach of any copyright laws.
