Last updated: August 6th, 2023

The privacy of your data—and it is your data, not ours!—is a big deal to us. In this policy, we lay out: what data we collect and why; how your data is handled; and your rights with respect to your data. We promise we never sell your data: never have, never will.

What data is collected by us directly?

The only piece of personal information we collect when you sign up is your email and the name of your Company. The email is the identifying piece of information so you can sign in once logged out. The company name is requested so we have a piece of information to address you by, but you are free to obfuscate it, we do not care if the information is correct. Beyond that we use a necessary cookie to keep you logged in on repeat visits to the website. We never store information about your device or location (IP address). Website visitors that never sign up never have any personal information stored on our servers. We have access to some of your usage data as described in the next section, and of course the forms and submissions created using this application.

Third party data collection

If you choose to sign up using Google's 0Auth service you should take note of their Privacy policy.
Payments are processed using Stripe. We are not involved in handling those payments nor does the data get saved on our servers. Stripe just notifies us when payments happen. Paying customers should be aware of Stripe's Privacy policy.
This website is hosted on Vercel's European region. See their Privacy policy.
Out storage solution is Supabase using their European region. Your email is stored with them. See their Privacy policy.
We use Sentry to detect any errors and issues you might be facing. See their Privacy policy.
The analytics platform we use is Posthog. They track your identity on repeat visits to this website via cookies. They also track which events you triggered on the website (clicks, page opens). Their point is to track conversion data and test new designs. See their Privacy policy.

What cookies are used?

Beyond the necessary cookie to keep you logged in, the only other cookie we use is one that keeps track of whether you are using a Dark or Light theme (purely aesthetic). Brevo uses cookies for their Newsletter widget on this site, you can learn more in their Privacy Policy linked above. Posthog is our analytics platform of choice, they use a single cookie and share your information with no Third-parties. We believe all of these cookies are necessary for normal functioning of the website. We share your data with no Third-parties beyond what is described above.

Data retention period

Your personal data we have saved (your email, your account and anything created using the services this website offers) will stay with us until you decide you want it deleted. We don't save any geolocation data or store logs of any kind on our servers. You have the right to erasure so feel free to contact us any time.

Changes to the privacy policy

The privacy policy is unlikely to change but if it does you will be able to see it on this page. Take note of the "Last updated" date at the top.
